London - Covent Garden; The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre

We were very lucky to get tickets (for reasonable seats) to see the Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre. First we went to check out Covent Garden, where there were some wonderful buskers...

 This seemed to be a beer company commercial being filmed, but as a flash mob...

This clever lady made a photo stand in the shape of Emily's name...

 The Lion King was wonderful; our seats were in the stalls, five from the stage. We had amazing views of the performers but also the fantastic puppets and their performers, making their way through the audience towards the stage.  

Back in Brentford later that evening...enjoying a delicious Thai meal at Fat Boys restaurant in Brentford.....shame about that name!
